Our range of fragrances are sourced from only the highest quality fragrance oils, ensuring a pleasant, long-lasting scent. Scent strength may vary, from subtle to strong, depending on the oil used.
Are your products pet friendly?
Our products are not 100% pet-safe, but we have many pet-owning customers who report no adverse reactions. As with humans, some pets may experience allergies, so please monitor your pet closely when using products.
Are your products vegan friendly?
Our soy wax candles, wax melts, and carpet fresheners are 100% vegan. We never use animal-tested products and are committed to providing you with the highest quality, ethically-made products.
Are your products CLP compliant?
Our products are fully compliant with current CLP regulations and are insured for complete peace of mind. We are committed to keeping up to date with the latest guidelines, ensuring quality and safety.

Delivery options & costs?
We send out via Royal Mail tracked.
1st class tracked - £4.20 up to 2kg
1st classed tracked - £7.00 2kg-5kg
2nd class tracked - £3.60 up to 2kg
2nd classed tracked - £6.50 2kg-5kg
How long for orders to be dispatched?
Our fast and reliable shipping ensures customer satisfaction. All orders are shipped out within 48 hours, oftentimes sooner. Enjoy fast and reliable service with our prompt shipping.
Where are we based?
We are based in Northampton.
When will out of stock products be restocked?
Our products sell fast and we understand how important it is for you to have the items you love available. That's why we make it our priority to restock quickly and keep you updated on when we do. Let us know if you'd like to know when something is available—we'll make sure it's in stock when you need it.
Do you sell gift cards?
We Do! Our Gift Cards are a perfect gift for any occasion. Choose from our set amounts with our digital card delivered to either you or the recipient.
Do we accept returns?
As a small business we are unable to offer free returns. However we will reimburse your return shipping costs up to the original amount you paid if your products are damaged or you have a faulty wax burner. We will issue the refund once the items are received and proof of postage. The items must be returned in there original packaging.
We do offer returns/refunds on damaged products within two weeks. Faulty burners will need to be returned to be repaired if after two weeks. Proof of purchase will be needed.
We do not accept returns/refunds for partially used products, products with a fragrance you don’t like, mystery boxes and charity products.
